This Booking Policy describes terms & conditions associated with the booking of consultations & services by Admission Connect. You agree to this policy by booking an appointment & a service.

1. Booking an Appointment

• Our clients can schedule appointments with us through our website, call us on our contact lines, WhatsApp us, or

• Booking is dependent on the availability of the

• Appointment confirmation may be made through call, message, or email.

 

2. Types of Bookings

Admission Connect provides:

• Free initial consultations (where applicable)

• Paid counseling or service-based bookings

• Consultation sessions online or offline

Service details including type, duration, etc. would be provided prior to service confirmation.

 

3. Payment Policy

• There may be bookings that require payment in advance in order to finalize the scheduling.

• The payment information will be required at the time of booking.

• Payments must all be made prior to the scheduled session, unless otherwise indicated.

Notice: Fees for booking, which need to be paid, are non-ref

 

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients are free to reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

• Appointments that are rescheduled are based on availability.

 

5. The consultant availability aspect could be

• In the event of the consultant not being available, the consultation session shall be rescheduled at a later convenient time.

 

6. Service Limitation

• Attending a consultation does not guarantee admission to universities, scholarships, or visas.

• Any advice given is written based on the latest information available.

 

7. User Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Share correct personal details and academic background

• Only provide original documents

• To be punctual and present at the time scheduled. Refusal to comply entitles the company to cancel without refund.

 

8. Changes to Booking Policy

“Admission Connect” reserves the right to alter this “Booking Policy” at any time and without notice, and any updates shall be published on the website.
